Thanks guys! You were 100% right. I cleaned it up and it's as quiet as can be now :) It's amazing how much noise a single leaf can make and I can't believe I've been putting up with it off and on...

So this is something that's happened for the past year but it always goes away however now it's not going away.

It doesn't matter if the AC, Heater, or Vent is on. I get a weird clicking noise...
