Roy, did your repair continue to work, after almost two years? I am having the same problem and can not find any shorts in the circuit for the #2 fuse.

I think that if you look at the first photo, you will see that there was a gap between the weather stripping and the door. That may be the difference between your truck and mine. Good Luck.

It significantly reduced the wind noise but did not totally eliminate it.

Before the fix, it sounded like the driver's door was ajar at the top, but it was not. Now, when I drive down the road,...

I recently bought my son's 2002 Ranger (3.0l Auto) and it had a wind noise at the rear upper corner of the side window. I found that the weather stripping just did not fill the upper rear corner...
