Well I don't think the cracks are helping any....you could get new coils, plugs and wires and prob see a world of difference, don't forget the fuel filter though.

kinda sounds like the timing is off, coils could be bad, plug wires could be shot, then agreeing with others clogged fuel filter, dirty injectors, busted vacuum hoses....
