From best guesses from the owner, it hadn't moved since 1990~1991. Given that it has bias ply tires on the rear end from starfire, I would buy that.

TRS tech library doesnt really do much for the OHC guys. The 422 cam is a OHV cam. You can go to summit and they will usually filter out the parts you cant use.

I'm almost 100% sure that your engine does /not/ have rocker arms. The 2000 4.0 does.
