No they wont bolt right up you need the conversion bracket, and i saw them going for a lot more than 75 in other places. Theyre the front not the rear mind.

id check your terminals and terminal connectors on the battery. clean them up and see if that helps. i have also heard ppl having problems with the stock connectors causing problems. buggman on here...

Update. I took off the alt. I just put on and took it to autozone for testing. It failed and i got a new one. Same problem occurs. Shutting off under heavy acceleration, but it comes right back on...
