OEM Radio question

Is it possible to take a satellite ready OEM radio, such as 7L5T-18C869-AC, and put it in a slightly older ranger (2000-2003), or are the plugs incompatible?

I just had my oil changed at my local Ford dealership and I noticed they used an FL400S instead of the FL910S (which they had used the previous time). I assume this is ok?

Thank you for that informative reply! Since I had my fuel filter replaced 2 years/8,000 miles ago, I'm guessing I should just leave that alone for now? And should I go ahead and do the coolant swap?...

Mine is paid off. Had a 5 year car note with Ford credit, and paid it off 4 years early. But to do that came at a cost, I had to sell my 03 Mustang GT.

I would recommend keeping track of the exact number of city miles on each tank of a gas. Just keep track of the highway miles and then subtract that from the total miles to get city. Once you start...

After some more research this morning, I'm leaning toward the BF Goodrich long trail T/A's. The Goodyear SR-A's and Cooper discoverer are my second picks.
