yep its the chain tensioners, the springs are wore out. Mine does it to.... mostly 2nd gear. How many miles are on it? i have 113,000 on mine and I am going to drive it till it blows.

if you want to lock everything up, get a trifold, and you can still use the bed if you need it, rather than a hard top or camper shell, just depends what your doing.

shes a beaut!!! keep the rpms at or lower than 2500 when taking off at dead stop. i get about 16-17 if i do the 2500rpm. if i go over.. its 13 easy. She'll run forever :)))

The hella 500 light with the h3 bulb is a direct fit. The hella 500ff isnt, you have to silicone it in place, just for clarification :))
