YUP! Because I changed the fuse at LEAST 4 times and it blew the fuse as soon as I put it in.

I pulled the raido out and checked and didn't see anything... everything looked brand new in there believe it or not. Looks like I am gonna have to pull the dash out. :/

Well, it isn't the fuse because I put a new fuse in. Not only did it blow within 20 seconds but a puff of smoke billowed out from the dash.
