Remeber a body lift is just that. It lifts the body off the frame. Since a hitch is mounted to the frame, it will have no effect on oyur towing So feel free to tow what ever you want

No one. Why do you need one? They are generally only used on lifted trucks that are sky high. And even then, if they need them it is because the do not take the ime to modify their steering properly.

The kit is 3500 BEFORE shocks. Which will add a g note easily. Then you have to worry about steering, then the rear suspension. And if your going long front, then you might as well go long rear....
