Your water pump is probably also rotted out to nothing but a spinning disc of metal. So I would replace both the pump and the radiator.

You should be able to get vaccum line with an ID that will slip over it and fit tightly. And some couplers to connect to the existing hose if needed.

It's just ordinary vacuum line. You can replace it, nothing special.

HID's use less power than your factory headlights. HID's are 35 watts. Your stock low beams are 65 watts. You're gaining extra power, not using more.

The controls for which vents the air flows out of is vacuum operated. The vacuum line is either broken or disconnected. Follow the line from end to end:
- Manifold vacuum port on the driver side...

Two things:
1) They're useful for looks and lights. My old '84 had one. May she rest in pieces. I don't have any pictures from before the impact with a tree.
