Alright cool I was hoping that would be it, was planning on switching for LEDs anyway as I have a dead bulb. Any idea what caused this in the first place? Bad resistor?

Has been running fine the past few days, a friend has told me it could have been vapor lock, that was released when i did the pressure test.

Check your fuel pressure. I had these codes for about 30k miles, replaced all upper intake gaskets and still was running code. It ended up being either my fuel pump or my fuel pressure regulator. ...

Replaced the fuel pump today, only took about about two hours. Thankfully (and surprisingly) none of the bolts fought back.

If I remember correctly it was a Motorcraft MAF, I'm not one to go for aftermarket parts.
Upon further investigation I've discovered that my regulator is actually not part of the fuel pump...
