I'm going out on a limb and saying your dpfe codes are a bad dpfe sensor. thats a guess. fix the other stuff first then you can mess with the dpfe.

Misfire bank 2 (bad injector) and your purg solinoid is sticking open causing your engine to pull fuel vapor from the carbon canister all the time, thats what I can think of with the data supplied. ...
