I brought the Ranger for a few reason.
-Size, an F-150 will not fit in our tuck under garage.
-Enough for a city boy make a run to Home Depot, or run to the brush dump, or quick camping trip.

I've been doing it the last 3 years, and been good. These bags are pretty heavy, and I don't use the back much in the winter, so no risk of tearing it..
I hope it didn't rain when the cement bag...

I have 300# of water softener salt bag in back, and does help with our winter. (this winter not much snow so far!)
As spring is near I take out the bag and put it in the softener as needed. Then...

Why would you want to go more than 70mph!? I see NO point of going that fast with out putting yours and others life on the line!!!

Mine was tough too.. I end up breaking one of my pegs too.. After trying it for a month, I saw no changes in anything, and I did not like the louder noise, so I put it back in for a quieter motor.

I have no issues on my Ranger, we have had -20˚ to -25˚ temps and I was warm.
It's -9˚ now.

Most of my summer avg is 25mpg. When it got colder it drop down to 23mpg.
On tank we had very cold snap of below zero temps for a few days, the mpg drop down to 16mpg!
I don't do anything...

Not sure how or why I would have ice since we haven't had rain, and I have not washed the truck in this freezing temps. All of my past cars, I've never had issues with freezing locks.
