I am in Europe and bought it for 100 dollar, must be a lot cheaper in USA.
You will need also some steel voor reinforcement from chassis to the bed. The bed is way to weak for mounting the crane.

Fixed a crane in the bed today, welded extra support from the hitch to the bed for extra strenght.
Next thing is mounting an electric 12v winch on the crane.

Job well done, we disconnect the battery to be safe and put the ground clamp direct on the welding object.

The machine is getting in shape, sandblasted the frame putting on some John Deere green and Dutch orange.
Last week installed the powerpack and adjusted the hydraulics.

Been there sanding the units but that did not help much since the reflector inside one unit was not bright anymore because of moisture inside, there i was ending up with only one bright headlight.

Ok problem solved, the right rear half shaft (rear axle) is bend, replaced the axle and wheel bearings.
The diff still is in good shape and that after 210k miles.
Next week replacing the upper...
