Thanks for the info about the headlight switch change. Will check with some junk yards to see if they have any '06 and up Rangers with fog lights. I will probably have to do some junk yard roaming...

Thanks for the info. I didn't think about the relay. The idea of possibly additional wiring may scare me off. I wonder if this idea would help:
Find someone with a similar Ranger with foglights...
