Motor gets noisy only after oil pressure is at zero for about 15 seconds or so.

I have a 1993 Ranger with a 3.0 V6. Oil pressure starts out at 35 psi cold. (mechanical gauge) After driving just a few minute, it starts falling off and within no time at all, it falls to zero....
