Flushed every hole with brake cleaner, air and primed with oil, no slag went tru it, all melted material spreaded to the side. Oil comes out of the hole then falls to the oil pan.

Try swaping the sender for coolant, they probably react at diferent ohms. Verify your speed with a gps.
I put a cluster with tack from a newer ford explorer into my 97 3.0 ranger with no issues.
