When I say "turn over" I mean the vehicle starts. When I say "lay on the ignition" I mean the starter will crank however there is no ignition of the engine. Ill have to consider the ignition switch...

Thank you for your replies. I tried the neutral start however that did not work. i will try the relay when i find it not sure where it is. As this doesn't happen often i'm not sure when ill re-post...
