I think I'll go ahead and wait on the Cobra brake swap, for a while anyway.
I'm thinking I'll eventually want an 8.8 with an lsd in it anyway, so that may be how I come across disc brakes.. Time...

I have an 03 XLT 4/5 drop.
I have 1" adapters.
Will an 18x9 up front and 18x10 fit the back?

Gotcha.. I too have wondered that before. At times it really does look like the front is lowered. Others, not so much. I believe my wheel/tire combination fills up the wheel-well just a tad more than...

Also, I did a little research and it looks like the guy who was making the hub for the cobra brake conversion has quit production. Not sure if you're aware of anyone else who makes them, or another...

How much did you cut your 4.0 springs? Also, did you buy them used, or where could I find them?
