Yeah, my fuel pump checks out. It's definitely my cats...they're pretty tired. That's why I'll be replacing them with Magnaflows blowing out of 2 1/2 inch pipes instead...

Have you had a reading done on the alternator? May look fine, but cold be shorting out. Doesn't hurt to check, and if not it...no loss no gain. :o

Updates to engine compression testing. Good news that it was 170 all the way around.
Now it's time to test the fuel pump and then the catalytic converter.
I will still be having my injectors...

I would look for a site/information dedicated to the 4.0 liter. The designs are different to serve different purposes. I'll keep my eyes open (do some searches) for more information about the 4.0...
