axle shafts

the u joint in my passenger side shaft is bad to get that out is there a c-clip in the diff i need to take out to get that axle shaft out?

thanks, i read another thread on another site that said that the bolt may have pulled through the body and i may need to plate it.

i need less frame flex... any ideas i was thinking of plating the insides and putting tube steps on the out side. and also plating the outside as well.

a lot of people i know don't want to do that just because it takes up bed room. if you used that bed at all you would have to make a box or build something around it to protect it from things flying...

the 4x4 ranger has 2in blocks from the factory, and i have a 4in lift. if i get just the 4in spring i would have to use the 2in blocks. so if i get 6in springs i wouldn't need the blocks at all. but...
