Sooo, i found a a 92 2.3 But i need a trans,the car im swapping this into wil have an Electronic Speedo,will the newer DOHC 2.3 T5 have the same bellhousing and input shaft as the old SOHC Cam 2.3?...

well, OBD I only sensed the exhaust coming out of the head,not after the catalytic converter,so u can take that off,i believe Ford used an Intake temp sensor(IAT) as well as a Manifold Absolute...

well it wont be in a Ranger.... lol unfortunately the car im putting it in has a 3.90 rear end in it...but should only weigh 2k - 2400 pounds

I believe that 95 and Older is OBD I, not II. in 94 and 95 US Automakers started making the CVonnectors the same to start gearing up for the 96 Regulations that made it mandatory for all cars made...

95 and older = you CANNOT read real time data with a laptop. 96+ You CAN Read real time data
in 96 federal regulations mandated that all vehicles made and sold in the US had to have a Standard 16...

Looks like the Engine is eithe rout of a Truck or Van,so probly 350,and the Trans would most likely be a 700R4 if out of a truck or Van. unless you are pulling a laod woth the truck or actually...
