It's hard to believe that the frame could be that bad and the body is like new. Sounds like someone is trying to scam you on the inspection. Surface rust on a frame is normal and does not weaken...

Could also be the Throttle position sensor. If it is worn, it can make the tranny shift up and down at some speeds. It can be easily checked with an ohmeter.

Re: Rear End Whining
Usually a rear axle will whine on the pull if the gear mesh is not right. This could be due to worn bearings in the diff case or just that the gears were never set up with the right mesh pattern. ...

After IAC or other idling problems you often have to disconnect the battery for 10 minutes or so to let the computer re-set a lot of the parameters like idle speed.

You have an open circuit between your brake light switch and the shift lever interlock. The interlock must get a signal from the brake lights to unlock the shifter when the engine is running. When...

Try another brand of T-stat. You can't get heat out of the heater if there is no heat in the engine. When they make one bad stat they probably make a thousand.

,Try disconnecting the battery for about 10 minutes and then restart the engine. After changing the IAC the PCM may need to relearn the strategies.

Definitely stay away from the E sieries. They are too stiff and heavy. A more flexible tire has better traction. My Lt Es and Ps have carried huge loads with no problem or overheating.

Sounds like the old vacuum hub problem. Do a search in here and you will find lots of info on hub problems. Easy to fix with mods to the originals or replacing with aftermarket manual hubs.
