Some roll pans come with a molded in spot for a plate and some don't. You will have to install some kind of lighting. I would call the local DMV and see if your truck will pass with no bumper.

I would clean the connection plug to the motor. Check the voltage to the plug on each setting to see if its the switch or a dragging motor.

I would go with the 31's. it's going to feel weak on power with larger tires and stock gearing. You have to consider the extra strain on the drive line,brakes and suspension by running larger tires....

Glass pack is the design method of lowing the sound level in a muffler. Most mufflers that are called glass pack are a strait rude design with ether many holes or louvers venting into a high heat...
