Replies: 6 loud howl/whine under hood Views: 3,560 Posted By ck2379 I had that problem. Check the IAC idle air... I had that problem. Check the IAC idle air control valve. I took mine off and cleaned it out and it worked for a little while but then I eventually had to go buy a new one. It costs about 70 bucks.
