Either drill them out or the way I broke all mine I could get my fog light out so I cut the old screw things in half with a dremel and get them out with a screw driver

Custom wheel adapters?
I'm looking for wheel adapters that go from 5 on 4.5 to 6. I have a set of wheels and tires off a Chevy that I want to put on my ranger but I'm not sure if they make adapters or if I can get them made

and also one above the light. make sure you spray them with some pentrol or blaster because i forgot to and broke all 3 bolts and stripped the ones on the back of the light

1998 xlt step side bed - OH
