remote door locks

Thanks to the forum, I found out i have remote door locks, so i bought a fob, programmed it and worked fine for bout 6 months.
last week it wouldnt work, changed the battery, didnt work, so I did...

i pulled it out, and YES that back bolt was a PITA, modified a tool to make it work.
plugged it in, didnt move, so i got one coming from Pep Boys, $40..

thanks, just out of curiosity, if i took the blend door actuator off, connected the plug back in, and moved the control knob, i should see if the actuator is workin, right??

i have air blowing, but only cold air, i moved the control knob to heat then cold, didnt hear a door open or shut, had my hand over the blend door actuator didnt feel anything.
dont mind gettin new...

i have an 07 3.0.. had heat in the spring, now none..
only the in hose was hot, i unhooked the vacum line to the switch now both hoses are hot, but no heat blows inside. any ideas??
