Update - took the car in and the tire store and they found two bad tires. One the belt was broke and the other had a tread separation. Michelin warrantied the two tires and pro rated the other two....

I stopped trying to find the vibration due to winter and a case of pneumonia. The vibration was a bit worse recently so I started in on it again. I had the wheels balanced and it helped...

I have run Amsoil 10W-30 full synthetic since about 10K miles in my 2001. She is going strong at 207K. I change the oil twice a year and use the Mobil 1 filter. Take care
