found it his name is indianscout it was back inon 10 22 2010 so he may not be on here anymore but acording to his post they where made in the earley to mid 90s for the splash

saw on here cant rember the name was on a 93 ranger said he had a friend that had two more factory made tube bumpers an he got his for 125 shiped to his door
