Thanks for trying to help. I already replaced that vacuum line in the picture as well as the canister vacuum valve in the 2nd picture. I reset the OBDII and now have a code p0305,...

It absolutely does not have an EGR. I just replaced the Canister Vacuum Pressure valve and it helped a little. Found an original tag wrap on one of the vacuum lines going to the valve I replaced. ...

P401 and P403. Go figure. No EGR valve so no possible way there is a bad valve or bad pressure for the valve. I wonder how 7-Up would have handled this problem if it showed a code for excessive...
