The springs won't make a difference between years or 4x necessarily. Your best bet (if you're going for coils) is to find some used fabtech springs or camburg springs, but then you would have to get...

For anyone who is following or finds this thread having the same issue.
It ended up being the neutral safety switch on the transmission that needed to be replaced. Everything is good now :)

That's what I did before I converted to coilovers. If you're already planning to go that route with the BTF kit, I would just get Chevy 1500 coils.

Thank you for the kind words. Yeah most of the "prerunner" scene is 2wd. Cheaper and easier to get travel numbers out of 2wd than 4wd unless you have 4wd beams.
