E brake help

How do I adjust the e brake on my 93 ext cab? I replaced the e brake lines cuz they was frayed and now they don't draw down and hold the truck. Any info would be great.

When my truck is setting the tires on the front are in at the top and out at the bottom. I was told that this is common when u back the truck up and it straightens out when u pull forward. Can anyone...
