Ranger was totaled about 11 months ago, frame was bent. Have acquired a new frame and will commence frame swap this summer.

Always use a relay.

It depends on how secure you want it to be...
You could only go to sites that offer end to end encryption, on the entire site... Unless your giving out banking information, I wouldn't worry about...

no idea for the expos but any rear shock from 93-2011 should fit.
up front 98-2008 have the same front height, so anyone of those should work.

I believe someone on the other forum is building brackets for the A-arms if you don't want to fab them yourself. Don't forget to reinforce...

Because you are on a gravel road, you can get both tires to spin. That would not ever happen on pavement. With control in normal mode, it does makes the tires "appear" to be spinning at the same...

if it is your DRLs, make sure your parking brake is set/lightly applied.
With ignition off, headlamps in ON position, low beam set, do the headlights iliuminate at full brightness?

So... finally doing a small update. Nothing really exciting has happened over the summer; Bought some new tires, added a little bolt on exhaust tip, replaced the rear shocks with Bilstein...

I am running two of those on a bullbar, they fit and sit about 1/4 inch off the tow hooks. One is starting to fail after 2 years.
