But should it be bent like that? We've taken the y-pipe out, replaced ignition coil, and reran the plug wires and double checked the firing order. Still won't start. Its trying to, just not getting...

The formula is length x width x heigh then divide by 1728.

That sub calls for .65 to 1.25 cu ft for the box. If your box is 13x10x5, then you have .376 cu ft

As long as you seal it good, you should be fine. Run a bead of liquid nail around the inside edges and it should be fine. Also, do you know how much airspace that sub calls for?

I plan on making a set of sliders this spring/summer. Then throw on the suspension lift in the fall with a winch. Then next spring put together a plate bumper and get some fender flares back on it
