Poor photo, yes the bolts were taken out already before I was unable to get it off.. Thanks for your input, im gonna try wd40 a putty knife and hair blower.. I wasnt sure if anyone had come across...

How should I remove this?
I have this metal plate that is glued to the roof, it was used as a stabilizing bracket for a visor. I have tried pulling and prying on it but have had zero luck it doesnt wanna budge, It has been on...
