Too much bouncing is almost always a shock/strut problem. Why didn't you use Motorcraft???

Everything is going to a crossover look now. Have you seen the 2013 Escape (http://www.ford.com/suvs/escape/2013/)? I know it's a small SUV, but the 2012 still resembled a truck style SUV.

+1. If it is low, check the inside of the wheels for fluid. If you've sprung a leak, you could lose brakes at any time.
If it's not low, you'll probably need a scanner to see if you're lucky enough...

Don't think that Ford discontinued the Ranger here because of CAFE. Look at the decline in yearly sales. It's a pretty clear message that most people don't want a Ranger. I just bought a brand new...
