i got an engine code P 1450, looks like gas cap or tank pressure sensor , has any one ever changed the pressure sensor and what is involved?

curious if that fixed it or not because i got the same code now and want to fix it, i think i will replace the gas cap first , all lines seem to be in good shape, not sure of where the vent is ? any...

decided to let her go and get a 79 bronco. I am the original owner and this thing has been babied since new, never wrecked or any engine/tranny problems. NEW parts; 275/70/16 BFG all terrain...

Nope , sway bars have nothing to do with wheel alighnments, you will get some body roll, take only one side link off and try it and if you don't feel safe , put it back in.

with out the sway bar and longer shocks it rolls over pot holes way better than it did new no BS, before it felt like i didnt even have IFS

the stiffness comes from preloading the sway bar and the shocks working at the end of their designed height, the higher you go the stiffer it will get to the point that it feels like your in a Mack...

they lower chevys because they hang from the leaf spring and we use the to raise rangers because they go on top of the leaf spring

Mine is laying on the garage floor now ready for storage and the mounting bolts put back in with neversieze to protect the threads in the cross member.
