I have a 98 2.5l with 142k, Two months ago I replaced my clutch and I got the upstream 02 sensor wire caught between the motor and transmission. So my check engine light came on as I expected....

I have recently cleaned my throttle body, didn't get it perfect but way better than what it was. But I haven't cleaned the maf.

I have a 98 2.5l that is having high idle problems. I replace the IAC about 2 weeks ago. I disconnected the battery replaced it, reconnected the battery and that seemed to solved the problem. But now...

A friend of mine that knows a good bit about motors bascially said the same thing, the oil isn't circulating good. So what would this problem be, a bad oil pump? Pressure guage seems to read good but...

When i'm actually driving it, it seems to run pretty well. It almost sounds like it has a little case of the piston slap until it warms up, but i'm pretty sure its the motor itself.

I have a 98 2.5l and when at idle it has a shutter to it. I can feel the motor vibrating when im inside it, not sure if this is normal for rangers. But with the hood up it runs good except like ever...

I did recently change my oil I use 10w30 gtx high mileage. I always put that in my ls1 maybe too thick for the 4 cylinder
