Just did... Not worried about the slave, just the clutch. Hoping I can split the trans enough without disconnecting hydraulic lines. Is it possible?

Ugg, you're right.... Well....could be not enough oil... Have you checked for adequate oil pressure at the valve train? Or a lash adjuster has failed... The latter being the cheaper fix compared...

Hi guys. I have low oil pressure consistently at the end of every oil life (and sometimes in between). It goes from consistently halfway in between the normal zone to just outside or on the line...

Some of us have jobs....that pay bills.....and we might need to wait a few days until a weekend permits a repair on our only commuter... That's all buddy.... A fouled water pump will not overheat...

Done and done... Have two gallons water on hand and I just checked hoses and clamps when I saw the coolant. It was dripping slow and from the bottom of the water pump bolts, so pretty sure it's...

Any advice for the replacement? I know the timing cover and accessory mount needs removal, but that's it, right? Any oversized sockets...

You're right.... What about going with a generic clutch, but using a heavier duty one? This one says stage 1. Still reasonable. Can get the flywheel and slave cylinder all under $240 going this...

Just to rule out a gauge calibration problem (unlikely though) I might hook up an old fashioned temp gauge to it again. 250 is definitely a little warmer than it should be running. And it reads off...
