do i need the tensioner pulley too? im on rockauto and they have a whole kit with the water pump, timing belt and cam belt tensioner assembly

I have a set of 18" wheels I want to sell off my 2003 super duty...

They are 18x10 weld Cheyenne rims 8 lug
8 on 170 bolt pattern

Tires are toyo MT 33x12.50 18 they have about 90% tread left...
