Unfortunately the UK roadworthy test is pretty thorough!!! The brakes are each tested on a rolling road and the performance has to be good enough to pass. Grabbing brakes are a no no!. This is not...

Already changed the shoes, but now thinking I may need to skim or change the drums. problem is no-one stocks the parts here and the shipping from US has become horrendously expensive...

Hi. Can anyone help - getting desperate. Have a '97, 2.3l, 125", with 9" rears.
Problem is I cant get it through the UK roadworthy test. Have replaced the parking brake cables and the shoes bet...

Just got a '97 XLT which is great - but so slow! Got some nice wheels for it and now looking to see what engine I can slot in to give it some GO!
