I used the owners manual and replaced the relay listed as pcm relay and it did not help. I then started pulling relays one at a time with the scanner plugged in trying to duplicate the communication...

No I haven't I just looked it up and figured out how to do it and where it is. I will get a fuel pressure tester and check the regulator now that I know how and it isn't frickin freezing. thanks
