You bet wrong. Ground is ran from trailer to the truck frame.

that was with the turn signals flashing, I was alone and had no way to work the break and check voltage at the same time.

Yes I have power at the connection. The big question I have is that when I test the turn signal at the connection, the voltage flucuates from around 12.5 to 1.6, yet no flashing of the turn signals....

Through the trailer, in case I didn't make it clear the trucks lights all work as normal, it is the trailer lights that will not work.

I bought a kit that you just unplug the tail lights and it plugs directly in and then your tail lights plug into the adapter.

All head lights went to lexan back in the 80's for safty. Rocks and othe debris kicked up on the roads would break glass head lights. The UV from the sun will cause yellowing in ALL plastics over...

I can only speak for Ohio, Commercial registration $180.00, non commercial $52.00. Insurance on a commercial licensend truck is about 4 times higher.

Hell I have loaded my 800 lb Harly in the bed of mine, just buy a good set of ramps and 4 tie down straps. It is a lot easier way to haul a scooter.
