Whew haven't thought about this issue in a while. I think what ended up solving the problem for me was some new drums in the rear.

I traded my lil ranger in for an f150, still think about rowing...

Hmm maybe I should call around a bit. I would like to be able to stand on them again though. They were extremely handing when trying to load as much yard crap as possible into the bed.

It kind of pours out of there, not sure being under there is a good idea.

Also just to clarify, I see that there is the main tube and then a smaller tube coming down, which are metal, but both...

It seems I am not a lone in my ranger is now leaking gas when I fill the tank.
I suppose the first culprit would be the filler neck but all of the write ups i've seen have been for older models. ...

Stepside mounting bracket

I am wondering if anyone has any pictures of the point were the side steps mount to the frame or whatever it is they mount to.

Both my steps are flapping in the wind because the metal rusted out...

I was checking out LMC and they sell new side panels for like $300 guess that can be a back up option if I get desperate but then i'd still have to get it painted.

probably. unfortunately I don't know how to weld / own a welder so I'm gonna try and get someone to help me. I suppose once I get someone who can weld they can probably figure out a plan

I got under there and it looks like it used to just be solid pieces of metal but whatever they were connected to is rusted away.

that sounds easy enough. I get some fun vibes under hard breaking so maybe my disks are warped? otherwise I think my ball joints or something is beginning to get loose so maybe that has something...
