What engine do you have? I have the 3.0l and changed mine. Mine was on top of the engine at the front and I changed it without draining any coolant. Very little if ant spilled out.

I would think if it was the caliper it would be the left caliper since he said it pulls to the left. If it was the right side caliper it would pull to the right when braking.

My truck had two cats from the factory and about 5 or 6 years ago I had both cut out and replaced them with 1 high flow cat and have been running like that since. Its never thrown a code and passes...
