Re: Cap for step side bed in MA

If you had interest, you could buy the black one then sell the one you have. The truck died on me, so I'm looking to sell the cap and possibly toolbox before I scrap it or donate it. Let me know if...

Re: Truck cap for 97 stepside bed, I'm in MA

Still looking for a stepside cap (shell, topper, etc).
Also, would be interested in possibly trading out the whole bed for a fleetside.

Re: Radiator question, specifically trans line fittings

Thank you! That's exactly what I meant...I suppose i Just worded it wrong. I was basically asking if the trans cooler inside the radiator was dry or had coolant flowing around it. I didn't think the...

Re: Radiator question, specifically trans line fittings

Ack, again, I don't think I'm describing it right!
It's not an external trans cooler, i'm just talking about the hard lines that run from the transmission to the radiator. Are those not transmission...

Re: Radiator question, specifically trans line fittings

I'm probably just not describing it correctly, but i do know the difference between hard lines and hoses. Where it's leaking is a hard line, not a hose. It's on the passenger side and enters the...

Radiator question, specifically trans line fittings

So it appears that there is a leak where the transmission cooler line goes into the radiator. It's coolant though, not trans fluid. And i don't see any cracks nearby, nor any wet areas above the line...

Re: Will 14" deer hoofs fit truck that has 15" rims?

Oh duh, I forgot to mention it's 2wd/rwd. Only reason I'm considering them is cause it's 100 for 4 good tires on rims. I'm on a budget and 2 of my tires are shot, and 2 have annoying slow leaks. I'll...

Will 14" deer hoofs fit truck that has 15" rims?

Somebody on Craigslist near me is selling a set of 14" deer hoofs with what appear to be new tires for cheap.

I looked in the FAQs but couldn't find an answer, so I appeal to the forum.

They...

Re: Cooling/heating system component question

I wish it was just the thermo housing!
It's actually the temp sensor fitting/housing...not really sure exactly what the name is...it's basically like a hose connector with a threaded hole that the...

Re: Cooling/heating system component question

Yeah, it's def a temp sensor, but i think it's the T-housing that's leaking. But I cant seem to find a replacement anywhere. I'm scared to touch the housing until I have a replacement in case it just...
