I found them at a paint store of all places. This guy supplies the body shops in town with all kind of clips.
Sure here us a occur with the part number in case anyone else needs...

I am only getting 13-14 on my manual 4.0 in town and around 16-17 on the freeway for road trips. I was getting around 19 on the freeway and 16 in town before I switched to 32x11.50 BFG mud Terrains....

Maybe I am over thinking this but I am confused on the shackles thing. I was thinking I'd add a bit of lift to the rear of the ranger by getting some belltech 6400 shackles like has been recommended...
