Ive had fairly good luck on buying used vehicles. even a complete crap shoot, my first car was a 2001 ford focus with 236k miles on it when i bought it, i drove it for 3 years and put about 20k miles...

My mechanic said it needed to be replaced. Idk I bought the truck with the idea of fixing it up and turning it in to an off road machine in a few years but it's to costly to drive and I never go off...

It was just weird it only does it on low fan speed, every other one no ticking, and its annoying. Havent had the time to really tare anything apart and seeing how the truck is going in for tranny...

As far as i can tell, the rear spring mounts aren't real hard to replace. I would defiantly get more info about the truck, and see if you can set up a test drive.

the past few days when i start my truck up and the fan speed is set to low there is a ticking noise coming from the passenger side. If i turn the fan speed up, the clicking goes away....
