Here's what I have done so far and have improved milage to about 15MPG.

Replaced the O2 sensors (had FORD logos on them and I don't think the guy who had it had it...

JUST got my truck on the road (94' XLT, 3.0 5 Speed) and it looks like I am getting absolute CRAP for mileage. Like maybe 12 mpg or less?

Question,

Got my eye on a 1998 explorer 8.8 with discs, 4.10 trac lok, will it bolt right in as far as the spring perches and pinion angle? I know I will have to fab up some type of shock mounts...

My 94' has no A/C and to become a daily driver it has to have it. So anyone got one they took out. Or, will trade a NON A/C and a few bucks for the A/C box.
