You can hit the Westin site and on the top right select the application guide the go to the light bars section of the guide. Sometimes the hyper links don't always work

The stock bolts are M 12 and have about 1 and 1/8 of an inch of thread
The replacements were metric as well but were about 1 and 3/4 of an inch of useable thread I think they were slightly smaller...

I have mine removed and in a jar at home will measure tonight and post the size when I get home.

I have a westin light bar that mount to the cross member and came with new hardware.

You could always fabricate a rack to fit the rear stake pockets the would help level out the kayak. both could even be made with wood. It is not like the boat weighs all that much both could be...
